So I'm looking at bidding on an L4310e that is really far away. They say the rear wheels are locked. Since its hydro I'm wondering if its just not put in neutral properly. They say they put a new battery in it but its doing nothing. I'm mostly concerned about getting it on the trailer with rolling rear wheels and a wench. I want to make sure I semi know what I'm doing before I get there and have all the tools I might need to get it done. Any recommendations?

You should be able to put the range in neutral to move it unless the rear end is locked up, then all bets are off.
