L3940 - propeller shaft sleeve kit

I've got a new-to-me 2008 L3940HST; has less than 1000 hours on it and seems to be in great shape.

A friend told me about a "split-the-tractor" issue to watch out for with this Grand L series that has to do with a propeller shaft seal kit for the front drive train. He mentioned an service bulletin from kubota - AG001-98 - but this seems old to me (I think the "98" there means "1998").

Is this a legitimate issue to worry about, or is this just a horror story about something rather rare? I was finding it difficult to search on this issue myself, as I'm new to the kubota world.

Any information/advice most welcome!

Ok thank you! Do you know where I can find the content of the bulletin (my plan right now was to call a local dealer and ask about it, so the number does help)? Also, is this a major concern for my tractor?

I called a local dealer and asked about my model + serial number, and they said there were no open bulletins on it. However, they said those roll off after so many years and he asked if i had a bulletin in mind - thus the PSB-2015-060-R1 was very handy to have! Apparently that bulletin did not apply to this unit (not in the serial number range) (which is a relief), and because that one didn't apply, the dealer didn't think there was one that did in this case.
