L3901 seat swap

So I've been wanting to put arm rests on the seat of my L3901 like what the newer B2601 tractors have on their seats. Then I just happened to notice the b2601 appears to have a much nicer seat altogether. So my thought is, does anyone know if the seats are interchangeable between the two models of tractors? It seems the b2601 seat would make a nice upgrade over the stock Standard l series seat if the swap would work.

I'd like to hear the answer to this as well. The L seats are pretty basic.

I just bought a L2501 and wanted a seat upgrade, I think to what was on L3901 OR 3301. Dealer quoted me to change the seat was an additional 400 bucks. Seems the seat pan mounting bracket etc was different. I said no thanks..
