Adjustment is called the feedback limkage. The procedure is documented in the WSM.
Before jumping in there verify the control lever is coming full up.

The control lever has full travel.
All linkage looks proper and tight.
I do see there is a little play in the roll pin where the control lever attaches to the main shaft and other connections.
I’m thinking a little slop in all the connections preventing full travel of potentiometer.
Or, I have had a few heavy implements on and during road travel things can get bouncing pretty good.
I obviously try to avoid this but makes me wonder if something internal got bent.
