This has a two part seat and I’d like a new bottom part. Is there a place that’s less than the dealer? Seems pretty expensive for what it is.

Don't know about seat availability for the L39, but I bought an aftermarket (one piece) seat for my L48.
It was 80% less than the price of an OEM seat from a dealer.
I very much doubt that you will find an OEM seat bottom.
Why not try an auto upholstery shop, for a repair?
