L3830 manual transmission?

Hello all,
I'm new to the group and tractors in general. I have l3830 that will not move in low 1,2,3..
In high, 1 and 2 work fine. 3 however loses momentum and will stop. Does anyone have any idea what's going on here. Oh, fluid level is good. Fluid is clear. Thanks for any advice.

Did you just get the tractor or how long has this been go on? Did it start slowly or all at once?
