Hello all I'm looking into selling my tractor and wondering what is a good price to ask for it.
Im going to list everything that might be relevant.

Currently has 175 hours with no issues.
2014 L3800 4x4 R1, ag tires
HST transmission with cruise control
LA524 loader, quick connect bucket, dealer installed 3rd valve
Piranha tooth bar
Factory kubota canopy
22" and 12" light bars
"Hodge" stabilworks stabilizers
Viper 5000lb winch mounted on factory brush guard
Racor aftermarket fuel filter
New L3901 seat upgrade
Blue seas fuse block installed under dash

I believe that's all but it might be more.

Not looking to sell implements at this time but I have several I could let go with it if the price is right. I'm located in south Alabama
This is a pre emissions tractor which might help but the new ones are not having the problems people thought they would. What would be a good asking price for this set up?

Jason, I purchased a 2012 L3800 in January here in Florida. 4wd, HST, LA524, Ag tires, canopy, 185 hrs. with Land Pride 60" bush hog and a box blade. Asking was $15k which I found to be very reasonable. Shot the guy an offer of $13k and he took it. After I got it home and got into it I realized why he let it go for that. He had done some creative wiring to get it to run and failed to disclose that. After an hour of testing safety switches found the HST neutral switch out of adjustment. Pulled all the "add on wiring" and for two hours of trouble shooting I feel I got a steal of a deal. I would guess a ball park for your tractor is $18-20k. Check out tractorhouse.com for some prices. Good luck.

What you have is what I was looking for last Summer.

Low hours L3800 except I was looking for a gear drive.

Most I found within 200 miles of my location in NC ranged from 17-20K.

One example was few counties over a guy had a L3800 with no loader asking 13K less than a 100 hours don't recall exactly how many hours.

If I were back in the mark without looking at it just what you list I would be in the 17 to 18K range.

If I were selling I would start in the 20K range and being willing to deal.

At the end of the day both parties should feel good about the deal that was done the buyer pleased with the purchase and the seller satisfied he got what his product was worth.

I paid 17,500 last July for my L4600DT with 178 hours on it here in NC, that you see pictured. He started at 21K and we settled at 17,500. He was frustrated because people would waste his time not show up to look at it when scheduled, show up and say I'll call you back and never would, etc. I drove it once, let my uncle drive it and brought him the money couple days later.

Good luck, why you selling her?

Jay
