My tractor is 3 hours away at my property and I want to take the right sockets with me to check the torque on the lug nuts, but I can't remember what size they are (was thinking 22mm for rear, but not sure about front). Can anyone tell me what size socket I will need for the front and rear lug nuts on an L3560?

thanks,

Nick

Put your inch and metric sockets on a couple of $0.99 Harbor Freight socket rails and take them all. Never know, you might find another loose nut or bolt somewhere.

Invest in one of those X lug wrenches that has all four sizes. HF almost gives them away and has saved me many trips to the tool box.

Thanks for the feedback. I have both a standard and metric socket set up at the property, but I don't have the larger sizes up there. I think I may invest in an inexpensive set to leave there.

22mm front
24mm rear

22mm is close to 7/8.
24mm is real close to 15/16.

I used to use 15/16 on all of them (front and rear)--you can zip the 22mm nuts on real quick with a 15/16. Sorta like a pit socket that's used in racing. I quit the practice after breaking a couple sockets.
