I’m going to have a go towing it to hopefully free it up. So my questions are. 1 should I do short bursts are tow it for 500 m. 2 should the pro be in neutral or engaged or doesn’t matter 3 should I crack an injector to stop it starting as it doesn’t have a pull stop lever and 4 should I spray som Unix in the inspection plate under the fuel filter. The tractor has been sitting for 6 months and was fine before that. Thanks in advance

The L345 actually does have a stop lever for shutting the fuel off - put the "speed" lever full forward and hold the stop lever UP.

The PTO shouldn't be a factor either way with nothing on it.

I'm assuming that with the trans in a gear, the tractor now tries to move when the starter turns. You might try putting it in 4th high and see if the starter can pop it free.

Towing can work - if you have a place where dirt changes to pavement, the extra drag can do the trick.

Spraying something in there may let it slip TOO easy under load and take a while to dry out or clear.

Be CAREFUL whenever trying to "outsmart" machinery or do something that wasn't an intended practice. If it starts, be ready to handle it.

Best luck, Dick B

Doesn't your tractor have a lever down by your left toe that you can lock the clutch peddle so it's disengaged? Designed to prevent the situation you're in.

Probably won't take much dragging it to free up if it's only been 6 months setting.
