L3410hst wont crank

have replaced ground battery cable, safety switch, controller, my son in law helped me with tester. it will crank doing hot start, I have dash panel disassemble, checking all wiring, one test first showed no juice to starter solenoid. any comments appreciated.

Kubotabooks lists a WSM for L3130 - 5030. I don't know it that includes your tractor or not. Even if it does not include yours the wiring diagram may be real similar.

Sounds like it could still be a safety switch and it would help to have a wiring diagram.
