L3400 wont start

I have a L3400 2004 year model manual lift pump. I GUESS IM NOT GETTING ALL THE AIR OUTbecause I been trying to start it for about 4 months. I replaced lift pump fuel filter and fuel line. I got it to act like it was gonna start 1 time but no go. I have tried installing a electrical pump between filter and manual pump but it's still not getting the air out. I'm getting a good stream of fuel to pump. Any ideas as to what I need to do to get it running.

Not knowing any of the past history, help fill us in.

Have the injectors been tested?

Valve lash ever been adjusted or checked?

Cylinder compression been measured? For sure will not light off without heat of compression.

Air intake open and clean?

Hours on it?

How did it run before you started any service (4.2 month ago)?

Have you followed the process that is outlined in the manual for your tractor or how have you been bleeding it?
