My L3301 HST has a slow leak of hydraulic fluid where the 4WD shift lever enters the transmission case. Losing about a gallon per year. Guessing there is a seal or O-ring in there. How to fix it?

Drain system
Drive out the pin holding the lever to the shaft, remove lever.
Remove bolt on keeper, and remove keeper.
Remove 2 O-rings and replace all parts.
Refill system
Drive out the pin holding the lever to the shaft, remove lever.
Remove bolt on keeper, and remove keeper.
