L3301 gear/shuttle trans oil low

Hi all,
New here and just changed the oil and greased everything on my 72hr machine. The dipstick for manual trans is showing low oil. It's at lower line. I'm having a hard time finding info about the oil type. Any info?

Also, does the trans and hydraulic system all use the same oil in one closed system? All filled at big red cap at rear diff?

Thanks, also does the wsm note to check when engine is warm or cold? Seems to be at middle mark after a minute after I shut off when motors warm.

Always check the fluid level cold before you start it.
To check any oil level with a dipstick, you pull the dipstick, wipe it off, reinsert it fully, withdraw the dipstick, and read the oil level

Bought it used, and they said they have it somewhere but have to find and will mail it to me. Figuring out the trans was the last piece, but just ordered the hyd oil that'll be here in a few days.
