L3300 R1 tires converting to R4 or R14 Sizes

I have A 1998 Kubota L3300DT-GST 4x4 with stock wheels and R1 tires and want to put a new set of wheels and tires on, preferably R4 or R14.

The stock tires are 7-16 R1 front and 12.4 - 24 rear R1

How do I come up with the right sizes to convert? and can I go a little wider in the front?
Any info would be greatly appreciated.

You will also need new rims as R4 rims are too narrow front and rear.

Front: 10-16.5 R14
Rear: 14.9-24 R14

Front rims need to be 8.5" wide
Rear rims need to be 12" wide
