my a/c works great and the tractor engine temp is normal. I can not get the air blowing from vent to get hot. Any recommendations?
IF any of the hoses are in a place to get a infrared thermometer to it - take some readings. Should be some sort of "heater core" that takes the heat off the water hoses into your cab. Not familiar with your model, but there should be an easy method of where the hot water is traveling or not.

I don't know how new your tractor is, but when I took possession of my L3560HSTC a few years ago, the AC worked great all Summer, but when it got cold out, no heat. It turns out that one of the hoses was kinked and had to be replaced. Being less than a year old the dealer replaced the hoses at no cost under warranty. Look for a kink or ask the dealer if fairly new.

Some tractors have a "summer shut off valve" on the supply line to the heater core. If you have one it maybe in the shut off position so no hot coolant is getting to the heater core. Check the hoses with an infra red thermometer starting at top of the radiator( hottest point) and then to the heater supply hose. With a warmed up engine the Top of the radiator temp should be> than the opening temperature of the thermostat. The heater supply hose should be jus a few degrees cooler.

The other possibility is a stuck open thermostat that's not allowing the coolant to warm up sufficiently.

Remember that diesel engines, unlike Spark Ignition engines, run at widely varying peak gas temperatures so their warm up is load dependent. Letting your tractor idle for long periods to "warm it up" doesn't really work that well. You don't want to put it under full load immediately in cold weather, but several minutes (2-5minutes) at idle is all you need to start the warm up process.

Something easy to check before digging deeper into it. Check fan b let tensuntension to make certain water pump is circulating coolant properly.
