Generally a tractor won't CRANK unless the safety switches - PTO (rear and center if it has them), are not selected or engaged, and the neutral selecter switch, clutch switch, cruise control, need to be in correct position, meaning in neutral, and clutch depressed, cruise control off, both PTO off.
You say, "Jump started", so does this mean your battery is failing, or you jumped the circuit at the starter to bypass the safety switches?

Yes bi passed the only way we could start it to rise front loader . All the switches showed goo when testing. Like I said in my first of two post the only one would be pto solenoid, How and where is it ? Cruise Grear all in neutral, both switches unseat good , PTO knob not lever good, When your in seat clutch in in neutral turn key hst in neutral get a warning beep “ PTO Clutch Neutral “ @dash , pto is off so tractor thinks it’s in gear pto
