Does anyone know where I can get one of these for my L3200?
It's to attached a post driver that needs flow and return.

I bought mine from Fitrite Hydraulics. My L3800 is pretty much the same tractor that you have.
Brian from Fitrite walked me through the install (I was a really complete newbie with hydraulics)

You really didn't need a new thread. We were getting to the solution before you jumped ship.

If you want to add a directional valve like the one mentioned here its easy to do but the tank return will be back through the valve which MAY be an issue with the post driver. What you get is a valve controlling a valve and you need a way to hold the upstraeam valve open to power the valve on the driver. Ugly and inconvenent.

An easier and simpler solution is to use a selector valve to control a set of continuous flow outlets. I added one to my new L3901 for my log splitter which operates much like your post driver. When the power beyond outlets are selected the flow is diverted to the implement valve and then back to the tractor. Everything works independently BUT as above the implement tank return is also back through the tractor's three point circuit which MAY be an issue with the post driver.

I can walk you through the plumbing and point you to a source for the valve if you decide to go this route. Its easy to add and costs about $150-$200 by the time you add up all the hose and fittings.

OK lets walk through this. Here is the plumbing for the power beyond outlets on my L3901.

The pressure supply comes from the power beyond on the loader valve or in your case whatever valve you have for the hydraulic top link. From the selector valve two lines go out to the remote outlets.

he top hose goes to the pressure outlet and the lower hose is the return from the other outlet. The return line is actually power beyond and goes back to the tractor to run the 3pt.

When the outlets are OFF the inlet flow simply gets diverted right back to the tee in the return line.

When the valve is in the ON position the flow is sent to the pressure outlet on the back of the tractor, through the implement valve and comes back to the tee on the selector via the second outlet and from there to the 3pt. In that mode the implement valve is just another valve in the power beyond loop and everything works indpendently. You can lift the log splitter, extend the splitter cylinder, or operate the loader without changing anything.

When you want to disconnect the implelemnt you first turn the outlets OFF which keeps the power beyond loop from deadheading and then pull the plugs on the outlets.

Clear as mud??

Lets take those in order:
  1. I don't have a return to tank because I don't really need it. In my case the log splitter valve is not equipped for power beyond and simply has an IN and an OUT (tank) port. I suspect your post driver is the same. More on that in a moment.
  2. My power beyond selector valve is a Prince SS-2A1D: https://www.amazon.com/Prince-SS-2A1D-Selector-Valve-Positions/dp/B005H3U67C
  3. AAll of teh hoses are 3/8"
Now back to your post driver hookup. All you need is a simple way to insert the implement valve into the power beyond loop. If your loader valve is easily accessible a real easy and inexpensive way to do that is by putting a quick coupler on the power beyond outlet of the loader valve. I ran my log splitter off this valve for many years. Just shut the engine off, unplug the couplers on the loader, and plug them into the log splitter hoses. In your case the post driver hoses. Your loader and 3pt will continue to work as normal and you can lift and transport the implement at will. When done drop the implement, shut the tractor off, unplug the implement hoses and reconnect the loader couplers. Kubota has used that plumbing on a lot of their backhoes.
