Just got my crankcase plugs installed. Thanks to wolfman for the previous help.
In order to get a tap in straight for the crankcase plug I removed the hydraulic filter. While at it I changed to hydraulic fluid as it previously had 90w gear oil per the owners manual.

Cleaned the filter and reinstalled it after fixing the plug but now no hydraulic movement. I am assuming I must have messed up the filter. Will check the filter but is there anything else to check while I have the fluid drained.
Thanks

Got it. It just took much longer for the fluid to reach the pump. I let it idle for 2-3 minutes and warmed up tractor then no hydraulics. I went back and warmed it up again and this time the hydraulics kicked in. Yahoo.

Was going to suggest giving it a little more time, they sometimes have a hard time priming the pump.
If you have any future issues, you'll have better luck switching the hydraulic fluid to Mystik JT-5, flows great in the cold. ;)
