I want a backhoe for my L3010DT Hydrostatic as I already have a loader. There is a L2900 backhoe for sale complete with the subframe. My question is, would that subframe fit my L3010? I can't find any information on Kubota about what subframe each uses. Does anyone know if they are compatible?

Agree to the terms and search for your tractor model, there will be something that says OPTIONS. There will be a listing of the optional implements that fit the tractor. You may have to find the L2900 tractor and identify the backhoe that is available. Then find the illustration that shows the subframe or its components that attach to the frame. Write down the part number.
I think there is a way to search that same Kubota site for that part number and find the tractor models it fits. I know that on the Messicks site you can find that part number and a list of compatible models.

L2900 came with the BL4690 which was a 3 point backhoe. I dont believe kubota made a subframe model for the L2900. Aftermarket such as woods probably did but if that's the case you'll have to contact the backhoe manufacturer and ask them.
The frame dimensions between the L2900 and L3010 are identical. I run a Woods BH7500 backhoe and have used it on both machines without issue. Mine has the older "ladder" type subframe.
The model numbers here are a bit confusing so it wouldn't hurt to clear things up. Title of thread says L2910. Text of thread says L2900. Kubota didn't sell an L2910, at least stateside, but did sell a B2910. So L2900, yes?
It would help even more to find out the model number of the backhoe itself. Without that critical piece of information, compatibility is anyone's guess.
