So I changed the fluid and filters to super udt2 on my L2850. I used supposedly oem filters. Ran it stationary for 10-15 minutes, tractor wants to move when in gear but FEL won’t move up or down, so I can’t pick up the bucket. Do I need to bleed the system somewhere? Worked perfectly before I messed with it.

no bleeding ............. continue to move the controls. It will get the air out after some time ...... just keep moving the joystick.

Sounds like you have a suction leak in the system, or you have vapor locked the pump.
Common when the pumps get worn.
I've had the GST / PS pump loose prime never that main hydraulic.
Try lifting and dropping the three point to see if you can get prime.
