If this is your clutch housing, #310 is missing, it's a breather that's NLA. Might have been 'rubber',so push fit. Right angled to keep water out or 'out of the way'... For SURE you need something like it though !!!

You're very unlikely to find the breather you need (discontinued)
I would do like the alternate picture of the breather does and use a short pipe nipple and a 90 degree bent hose elbow.
Look at sprinkler risers for a good plastic nipple.
