Newbe here to Hydraulics I have an 89 Kubota L2550 that I purchased the HV4905 hydraulic block to add accessory hydraulics to the rear of the tractor. The documentation says I need a valve with power beyond. So I am looking for a recommendation for a valve to use. I would like a 2 spool valve to use one to operate a hydraulic top link, and the second I think a detent function would be what I need to supply constant fluid to a log splitter or shredder I have. Any help is greatly appreciated. Thank you

If you want inexpensive this will work.

I would recommend against using work ports on your valve to feed a log splitter. A dirt cheap and effective way to do that is with the power beyond port on the valve. When plumbing the power beyond line on your new valve make the hose connection to the valve with a quick coupler. When you want to use the splitter disconnect power beyond coupler and plug supply side of log splitter into female coupler on power beyond port and return side of splitter into the male tip on the hose. When done simply reconnect the power beyond coupler.
