I have an L2500 that will only overheat if running the PTo and the outside air temp is 70 degrees or higher. It will overheat in about 20-25 Minutes. If it 50-60 degrees you can work all day and it not over heat. Never has got to the point of boiling over. Any suggestions? I have owned it since it was new.

Hours on the machine? What implement are you running on the PTO? Is this something that's been happening or is this a new issue? When is the last time you cleaned the radiator net? Have you blown compressed air through the radiator fins? Have you tried to rinse the radiator fins with a garden hose. What does the core interior of the radiator look like?

I dont believe its an overheating problem, but a heat dissipation problem. Exactly as above.
Would like to add, belt tension correct also.
