Your machine is geared - so movement should not be affected by the fluid. FEL and 3 point could be 100% affected.

Describe more about the loss of power? Moving loss or picking things up loss?

Change that filter - see if anything gets better? How many hours has it been?

Hours on machine?

Is there a lot of blow by?

Hard to start?

IF THE HYDROLIC FILTER IS PLUGGED WILL THAT MAKE THE TRACTOR LOSE POWER
Having restrictions in the hydraulic loop will take power and make the tractor feel like it is struggling where it normally would be fine. Since the filter is on the suction side of the pump then less likely to effect the performance. But it is easy to drain the transmission fluid and clean the filter to see if that helps.

On my L185 there was an orifice accidentally put in the pump outlet line (by me). The tractor ran very poorly and struggled to get to full RPM or pull anything until I found the problem. So it is possible you have some obstruction on the outlet side of the pump.

I assume you are in warmer climate so won’t worry that cold weather is involved.

As both before have said a plugged filter will not cause a loss of power.
A plugged pump outlet or failing relief valve or three point control stuck will rob power.
Is the motor bogging down?
under what conditions is it doing this?
Is there smoke involved?

Restrictions on fuel delivery, like plugged fuel filter will cause the tractor to bog down and loose power.

FYI: ALL CAPS IS YELLING. 😉
