IF it is the same as the L260, here are the engine specs....Just forget L240, call it a L260. I have a L240 with L260 decals on the hood. If you go to a Kubota dealer and ask for L240 parts, they'll probably boot you out he door. Ask for L260 parts and you're good. Same tractor, L240 is gray, L260 is US.
It's the most useful and versatile tractor I have. It's hard to find a small tractor with the adjustable tread width the L260 has and 3-Point Position control.
