You can probably have that one rebuilt by a company that does it professionally like Oregon Fuel Injection

Or use yours as a core to offset the cost of an already rebuilt pump.

I get fuel at the bleeder going into the pump but nothing out of it
Was it running recently?
If it was it's very unlikely it's the pump.
More likely either the linkage controlling it or the rack is stuck.
If you're getting no fuel out of all the pump outputs then that also points to a control issue.

Pull this cover just under the injection pump.

Look in the hole and you will see a arm with a slot (governor) engaging the rack pin (pic below).
See if you can move the arm and the rack.

You might also look at the linkage for the shutoff to be sure it is allowing the pump to move to a position where fuel flows again. There might be enough friction involved that the springs can’t restore the linkage to the running position. If you are moving the throttle to higher RPM positions when you have no fuel flow then this suggestion may not be valid but I would recommend you look at how things are moving on the outside of the pump also.
