My L185 is 18 horsepower and 15 pto horsepower. My question is can it pull a 6 1/2 foot harrow, 5 foot bush hog and 4 foot tiller without damageing it. I was told foot wide per 5 horsepower. But just seeing If anyone has a L185 that use all three implements.

I have a B7100 HST, 16 hp and 13 pto hp. I run a 4' KK tiller and a 5' Woods finish mower with it, no problem. So, I know your tractor would handle a 4' tiller. I haven't used a bush hog behind mine, but I would imagine that your tractor can run a 5'. You may have to slow down some in heavy grass, but it should do it.
Is your tractor 2WD or 4WD? If it is 4WD, it should pull the harrow.

Hopefully fellow member Gpreuss will be along shortly, he's owned an L185 for 30 some years and knows what it can handle. He did beef his up a little and added dually tires on the rear for extra traction and stability.
I just traded an l185 for a newer kubota a few weeks ago we owned it for several years and used a 5 ft woods finish mower a 4 ft bush hog a 5 ft landscape rake and a 6 ft box blase with it. the only trouble we ever had was keeping the front end on the ground
The tiller should be fine but a 5' bushhog may be a bit much. I would rather narrow down a ft than to work the engine like a worn down pack mule. You probably have enough power for the disc but I don't know about the traction.

I used my L185DT with a 5' bush hog for years. At times I was in low gear to keep the engine running, but it always managed. The closer to the ground, the more hp it takes. You should not have a serious problem with a 48" tiller. I had made a dualie arrangement for mine, and had plenty of traction. I never pulled a harrow. I don't believe it would be a problem, but again, the wider the implement, the slower you will have to go. I'd think you should get by in 3rd or 4th, but probably not 5th or 6th.

I have a L185F (2WD) and a 4 foot "bush hog" is about all it can take to have weight on the front end. I have some weight on the front end and with the 4 foot shredder it still is a bit light up front. With a 5 foot it would be too scary for me.
Suite case weights might be a wise purchase.
I have a 6100E and run a 4ft hog with mine and have weights on the front without any problems.
