I used TSC universal and the hydraulic from Sam's Club. Everthing works except the front end loader lift.

That TSC universal oil is fine for that tractor’s gear-case.
Since you used two oils where did you put each oil and why not just use the universal tractor fluid for both?
I assume the fel lifted before the oil change. Please verify that.
You may have to try to extend the arms and retract them to drive air out of the cylinders and in the worst possible case break the hose fitting loose and then see if hydraulic fluid will leak at the fittings and then tighten them back up.

You say everything works fine except the front loader lift. Please define "everything". I think the three point is the only other thing hydraulic on that tractor, but could be wrong. If your three point is in the full up position it can impede the function of the loader. You might also have a clogged filter or screen.
