Does anyone have any tips (do's /dont's) for the removal / install of the injector pump? From the manual it looks like you just remove the two tubes going to the injectors and the fuel line in, Olsen the four bolts and remove. Is it really that simple? Any advice would be appreciated.

Pre-clean around the pump with brake parts cleaner before pulling the pump.
Don't lose the shims, if sending it for a rebuild, take the shims off the pump.
Stuff a clean rag in the hole to keep the motor clean.

Thanks for the advice. I cleaned the area, which was a great idea. It took a bit of disassembly but I got the injector pump out and it's being rebuilt.
