Good afternoon,

Currently running a M7060 kubota tractor. Having problems with the loader being unresponsive. Hydraulics have been filled, the control stick moves freely.
The loader is engaged all the way up and won't come down. I've noticed a couple leaks at the hydraulic lines underneath but are slow leaks. Could that be the cause as to why it is not functioning properly. Tractor is cabless and working in -20 weather at the moment.

Any ideas or suggestions on how to fix would be helpful.

As a first step move the loader valve to the float position. That should cause the bucket to drop pretty fast so be akert and stay clear. Might want to stop it when its a few feet off the ground and move it inside out of the weather if possible!!!

Were you able to get the bucket down in float hotfuzz? Maybe you could post some pics of any leaking lines or parts and also some of the loader controls without the protection boot on it. Should be an easy trouble shooting with some more info and pics. Boat loads of knowledge on this site.
I had an issue a year or so ago and one of the cables came loose in the quick connect. Took me a bit to figure out wtf was going on. Probably not your issue as both cables would need to be out to have zero control of the loader. If you got it fixed pls post your findings to help others in the future.
