My L47 purchased new with 625 hours hasn't been used much in the last 2 years, my problem began with DCT P0087, Low Fuel Rail Pressure, I changed the fuel filter and cleaned the fuel/water separator. When I pulled the water separator the filter housing was slimy, cleaned and reinstalled. I filled the fuel filter with SeaFoam and added some water remover and some diesel fuel conditioner to the tank. I bled the system and the tractor started right up. I moved some pallets around with the fork attachment, but the tractor was not developing full power. Then the tractor just quit. It restarted after turning the key to Off. I have been starting it and running it at idle or slightly above. My theroy was to let the SeaFoam and diesel conditioner a chance to clean things up. I tried to reset the code on the Intellipanel, but when I press both Regen switches and turn the key to On it does not go into the maintenance mode. I also have tried pushing the buttons after the key was turned to On with same result.

I cut the top off the fuel filter and spread out the element, it is contaminated with the fuel slime, but not as bad as I expected.

My plan now is to drain the fuel tank, add fresh diesel with fuel conditioner, change the fuel filter again after filling it completely with SeaFoam, which by the way is recommended on the SeaFoam label, clean the separator and see if it runs any better. I wish I could figure out how to clear the codes on the Intellipanel, The ECC may be shutting the engine down because these codes are not cleared.

All the research I have done say, "Take it to the dealer". I have been an auto mechanic and a licensed aircraft mechanic and I have never had a dealer or anyone else work on my cars or equipment. It is against my religion. So, I am wondering if anyone has any thoughts on what I may be missing.
