im assuming i would have to remove my loader in order to use the front mount blower. but how does it lift if the loader is off

do you think it would be possible to use it as a rear mount unit ? i plan on keeping the loader on year round

I have attached a pict from the Kubota parts web site showing the 3 point hitch parts. The sprockets and chain gear reduction gets removed and a PTO shaft gets attached to the end of the impeller shaft.
When mounted to the front, the snow blower gets lifted by a small double acting hydraulic cylinder.

Click on the Kubota parts link -- Kubota Parts
Then click "View Illustrated Parts"
Then check the OK box and click open
This brings up search-- put in the model number, then click search-
click open under the "Book" column
Click the "+" sign under expand
You will have a series of parts groups to view

im a new member here. i just bought a l2250 with loader and front mount snow blower does anyone have a downloadable version of the owners manual and service manual. there was a warning light on and it appears to be coolant level but the rad was full

I also have an L 2250 and I am interested on how you mounted the front snowblower and how do you power it. A picture would be great.

3 things would need to happen:
You would need to make the subframe and mid PTO drive for it.
You would need to buy parts and make the Mid PTO drive.
You would need to make or buy a reduction box for the Blower as the Mid PTO runs twice as fast as the rear PTO, so you would need to change the mid PTO from 1080 RPM back down to 540 RPM.
