I have a Kubota l185dt that the fan belt broke. What caused it to break is the top pulley on engine that belt goes around is broke off. Does anyone know how this pulley comes off? I thought it was the water pump but I read up on this site that these tractors don’t have pump.
It’s the pulley that the fan is bolts too.

The nut on the end of the shaft is what holds it together. See this illustration below. You will need to remove the hood and radiator to make it easier to get to. There are lock plates on the fan bolts that are difficult to get to with the radiator in front of the fan.

Is the bearings all pressed in there or can I take nut off and just knock it out ?

I recall looking at the parts list and the two #20 are circlips. I assume they hold the spacer (bushing?) #21 in the housing. But it does look like the nut does hold the bearings in place.

The bearings are not press fit, they are slip fit.
So light tapping will remove them.
