On the bottom side of the flail mower, the seal leaks badly. I don't know if I can post a pic, if I can't my email address is (mod edit: NO direct email posting).

Any info on this mower is greatly appreciated

Also, does anyone know what front loader is a direct fit?

First, that's not a flail mower, it's a rotary mower.
You would need to provide the rotary mowers model number to be able to help you with a possible seal number.

There is no direct loader number associated with an L175, as being 2wd and manual steering they were not equipped with a loader.

You could fit an aftermarket loader on it but you will have issues with steering.
You would also have to run an auxiliary hydraulic pump to run the loader.

If for some reason, you don't have any part numbers or model information, seals can be had by removing the old one and using the dimensions to obtain a new one.
Are you comfortable with the disassembly?

Here's an example of a place where a seal might be obtained
