Hi , I purchased a l 2850d 4x4 with loader,
The power steering is not working and the hydraulics to loader seem weak , I have all the manuals , just not sure where to begin , any ideas

Get yourself he appropriate Workshop Manual. I believe you have pump issues.

Is this machine equipped with a hydraulic suction screen , I was told it was and located on left side of transmission

No screen on that model, just a spin on filter.

Give more detail, also set the three point in the middle of the selector and see if anything changes, does the three point work?

Is it a Kubota loader, what model?

Have a PS and loader issue is complicated as they are 2 different pump sections so one should not affect the other, unless it's a suction leak, or a plugged suction filter.
