Had a log fall on hood and dented it. Will Kubota Insurance cover this? Not a huge dent but probably the size of a softball. TIA

It specifically lists Falling Objects.
The only issue would be cosmetic/appearance damage (not covered) versus real damage (covered). For example, Kubota is not going to repaint your fender that you scuffed on bushes.

I filed a claim several weeks ago for a hood, grill, and trim. Ktac notified my dealer and she headed in on the 7th.
Not a word from anyone as of yet. And when I stopped in the other day to check on her they were still waiting on a few more things.
No mentioning of cost at this point or what i'm going to owe when i was up there. Other than the $250 deductible that I know about. So hopefully its covered and I don't get slapped with a $5k bill upon pick up. But we shall see. Y'all will know though cause it'll make national news if they do LOL.
I would think by now someone would've hollered at me if it wasn't covered though. I'd like to think they wouldn't shock a brother like that.

No, Kubota will not pay to repaint the fender; they will replace it if it is scuffed.

Really - I am not doubting you, but things like that typically fall into ordinary wear and tear.
I wish I could buy KTAC insurance for a car.

I’ve had claims on 2 of the kubotas that I have owned and in one case they replaced a hood from a piece of wood that fell back off the loader onto the hood, and also a fender that got dented.
on another occasion they replaced a grill battery and radiator from a stick that flipped up and played under the hood.
in both case I simply called the number and shared my serial number and number of hours and some pics. They asked what dealer I wanted to use. And the. From there I made arrangement with the dealer for them to pick up in one case and another for me to drop off.
IMO it’s worth making a call. Anyway have your serial number handy tell them what happened and I think you will appreciate what the insurance payments will provide. If you have been paying it’s worth a call. They were very friendly and easy to deal with / make claim. No problems whatsoever.
