I have a 2015 Kubota L3301 Tractor. Will crank but wont start. Sounds like no fuel getting to engine at all. Checked all fuses they are fine. Drained tank, unclogged the screen filter , it was sticky so i did have some brown tar at just in the screen not in the big fuel filter. It wasn't pushing fuel through the small silver fuel pump. Cleaned it all out and fuel starting to flow fine, installed new fuel filter, unscrewed 10mm bolt at top and got all air out of lines, fuel flows good. Still no start. Removed fuel shut off solenoid to test. Line is getting only 11.5 volts when key is turned on, then 12 volts for a few seconds when key is turned off. solenoid doesn't seem to click when key is turned on but vibrates in my hand for 3 seconds when key turned off. It doesn't have a plunger I can see must be a new design. Fuel pours out of hole where solenoid was when i turn key on. If i put my finger over hole i can feel it building up pressure when key is on. Holding the solenoid unplugged in my hand i put power from a test lead straight from battery to one side and neg to other i can feel it nock in my hand. I cant see anything move on solenoid by looking at it but its all happening inside the solenoid so its impossible to see it. Not like the old plungers that just pull out and in. How can I tell if its bad or wire is bad. Or is the problem with the fuel injectors perhaps getting clogged with bad fuel?

The L3300 was built from 1994 to 1999, so is your tractor an L3301 possibly????

I have attached a page from the L3301 WSM describing your tractor's engine fuel system.

The engine is described as a Common Rail fuel system so the injectors are all connected to the same high pressure pump manifold and an electrical signal from the engine computer tells each injector when to fire.

Its injectors are electronically controlled and there is no engine stop solenoid.

It is possible there is confusion over the exact model your tractor is.

Since your tractor does not utilize a fuel shutoff solenoid, I am assuming you removed either the Suction Control Valve if it was bolted on, or the Fuelrail Pressure sensor if it unscrewed.

The SCV valve operates on battery voltage but the Rail Pressure Sensor operates on 5 volts, so you very well may have damaged a very expensive part by just randomly applying voltage to the terminals. You should just let your dealer connect diagmaster to your tractor and diagnose it.
The Fuel Rail Pressure Sensor is only available in the Fuel Rail assembly for $1477.90.
