Kubota d600 alternator upgrade and performance parts

I just got a kubota d600 yesterday that I'm in the process of transplanting into my golf cart. I'm wondering if there is a kit to upgrade the alternator?

I also know kubota is a highly recommended motor for lawn mower pulls, so I was wondering where would be a good place to get performance parts? I'm debating on a turbo kit and new manifolds.

There has been a couple of threads on here about adapting turbo to them little buggers,,,how ever and I may be wrong, there was not much increase in performance. Speed parts welllllllll,, you could rework the pump and there are guys in her that can tell you how to do that, maybe some head work ,port and put a radius in the exhaust ports maybe larger valves.
I would guess how much money you want to spend,, then we get into the transmission, rear end ratios and well you know.
