I've a leak in the neutral lever, and it's easy to access but can't remove the assembly due to the 4 wheel drive shaft. Not for sure if just the 4 wheel shaft can be removed or one has to take the whole front of the transmission of just to remove the neutral lever assembly.

Assuming you can not get a typical wrench on the hydraulic line, you might find a junk wrench. Put it in the vise, heat it red and bend as needed.

if you mean oil drips from where the high-neutral-low range lever is, #060 are Orings, that should be easy to replace. Maybe explain better WHERE the leak actually is.
