Kubota B7500, with LA272 loader

I just got this tractor from my father in law, the hoses were in bad shape and the bucket would not curl up. I have replaced the worn hoses and the bucket will raise and lower and curl in, but still won't curl up.

There is a hose in the wrong place.

How many hoses on the loader valve? 6 or 7

Does the 3 pt hitch work properly?

Or it could be a bad connection on a Quick disconnect, try disconnecting and reconnecting the lines.
If there is no Quick disconnects then likely a line is routed to the wrong location like Dave said.
