Hi everyone, I have a fluid leak from a banjo fitting on a pump, either diesel or hydraulic, not sure.
To me it smells like diesel but looks like it may be the hydraulic pump. I've attached some photos.
The banjo fitting is tight, is there a rubber seal/o-ring as well?
I'm more of an auto mechanic but have been maintaining this tractor for the past 20 years so I am familiar with it. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Hydraulic pump.
There will be a copper crush washer on each side of the high pressure banjo fitting, and o-rings on the low pressure side.
Assuming that the HST is the same as the gear.
Just did mine, shaft seal was leaking.
You might find it is tough getting wrenches to fit the banjo bolts. (I did) (26mm & 29mm)

Here is my thread on changing the pump shaft seal, might give you some insight:

Pull the banjo bolt pull the 2 copper washers and replace.
