Hey guys. Thanks for accepting me into your community. I live in Darwin Australia so have limited support here for these old tractors. I have just purchased my first new to me tractor. A little B4200 with slasher attachment. I’m having some issues with the 3 point linkage controls. When cold it operates perfectly. But once I’ve been running it for a while there is absolutely no control of the slasher lift. Any ideas on where to start please? Other than that it seems like a great little unit.

You could be having a couple different issues.
Could be seals on the cylinder are failing.
Could be sucking junk into the filter screen causing issues.
Could be a relief valve be failing.
Could be sucking air into the pump.
I would start with draining it and pulling the screen and cleaning it and adding new fluid.
Check the suction hose and make sure it's not cracked or leaking, it will look wet if it's leaking.
