I have a kubota B 2150 Hydrostat that is hard to start unless I use the glow plugs, even in warm weather. Once it starts, I have to pull the throttle lever down or it will die. It won't keep running on idle. What is the problem and how to correct it? This has never happened before.

Glow plug use at this time of year is normal. Make certain all GP's are working.
The GP's are on when the key switch is in the start position as well as the preheat position. Check that this is happening.
What is the history of your fuel. Something you bought last summer and are trying to use up now?
Make certain you have no rodent nests in the air filter and intake system.

As Dave said - glowing is normal!

That 25+ year old tractor is like a 50 year old man - wake him up, down some coffee and 30 minutes later he is ready to work. Replace glow plugs for coffee and 20 seconds for 30 minutes and you get my point:ROFLMAO:

If it will not idle - you have a fuel problem as mentioned or have you check air filter?

My ~22-23 yr old TG1860 (3 cyl diesel) will pretty much NOT start (at any time of year) w/o glow plugs.
I run it at "fast idle' for a couple minutes to get things warm before use.

All normal. (at least to me)

Look for the simple things first. Fuel filter, fuel, air filter, if those are all good then we look for something else, like clogged injectors, a fuel additive would most likely fix that,,, simple stuff first :)
