Hi, I have a kabota b8200 tractor with a bf-300a loader and my problem is I can’t get any of the hydraulics to function at all, I just got the tractor it sat for 2 years when I started it the 3 point worked a few times then stopped, the oil was milkey so I drained it out and added new fluid, after this the 3 point went up and down a few times then went limp, the front loader or bucket won’t do anything besides go down, it’s full of new fresh oil, I’ve bleed some lines off the diverter valve , about every line but the 3 point and main supply line, does anyone have any ideas, Much appreciated any help-Marshall

You have a hydraulic control by your right ankle. It needs to be in the correct position andI don't have a book to tell you what that is. Need to find an owner's manual.

Like @D2Cat said check the valve on the hydraulic block down by your foot. Closed the 3 point should work but not loader. Open they both should work as your feeding the loader and then the loader is feeding thr 3 point but sometimes a middle position can cause problems. Also when checking make sure the stem is turning. Somwtimes the knob turns but not the stem

Have you changed / cleaned any of the hydraulic filters?

And unless you have a chinese knock off tractor, it's a Kubota, not a Kabota. ;) 😋

Yes I have seen the valve and moved it in both positions, does not seem to make any sort of difference

Then you should verify that the stem is actually rotating when you rotate the hex.

After that clean or replace the filter or screen. I would assume it is filthy.

Check the engine oil level. If it is high and increasing, that indicates that the hydraulic pump seal has failed and needs to be replaced.

You can get a 5000 PSI (3000 may be high enough?) pressure gauge and start to verify if the pump is actually creating any pressure and flow. You could verify flow by removing the hose at the P (power into the valve) port and put the end into a clean bucket or into the tractor fill port for hydraulic fluid. There will not be any pressure until a valve is actuated and actually doing work.

Thank you I will try this, Is there a filter screen somewhere on the machine I looked for a spin on hydraulic filter and couldn’t find one anywhere.

And you will loose all the fluid (when taking the screen out) unless you drain it into clean containers and then reuse it.

If I was doing this I would probably just buy a new screen (#7) unless it is very expensive but for sure I would replace the sealing washers (#8 quantity of 2) when doing the service.
