Why sheathing if you will have metal on sides? Or is metal just above the sheathing?

In Texas the metal panels are usually just screwed to the horizontal “purlins”.

For additional strength/rigidity and to reduce condensation problems inside. We do get quite a bit of snow here.

Sheeting/ Decking pretty much done. Wrap tomorrow, metal next week.

So shop is still moving along, siding going up, but this is about as far as they can go until concrete poured. Concrete guys show up next week. I’m not doing radiant heat. Already $5k over budget.
