A friends JD 3320 with 1015 hours lost its pto. The repair was to replace all gears, shafts and bearings.
The issue was the bearing journals had broken causing gears and bearings to come apart. The repair took 20 hours labor and a pto kit along with a $87 filter. Hard to believe it had a failure with so little hours. Total bill was $2991.00
