It would be a nice feature to have on the kubotas. About all I would know to do is start tracing lines down to see which one goes where and change them around. I would make a diagram of the lines before I unhooked any of them.

has anyone changed controls to excavator type on their L35? looking for some help on which hoses to switch on valve block
I'm not familiar with the controls on excavators or the L35.

I did work at the CAT backhoe plant 10+ yrs ago, and they would configure the BH controls to what ever the customer wanted ( Ex control, JD, Case, ect....)

One thing was that the control valves were largely plumbed the same, the controls were configured with rods and levers, some rather intricate. not unusual to see control levers/rods traversing the whole width of the control valve to actuate the proper spool.

this was pre pilot control on the CAT backhoes, and I'm sure a lot has changed since.

I'd look into what it would take mechanically VS reconfiguring the hyd hoses/routing , one may be easier or more practical than the other.

If I understand you correctly you want to change the control levers from iso patern (left lever swing and boom),(right lever bucket curl and stick) to sae patern,(left lever swing and stick),(right lever bucket curl and boom)
If that is the case then only 4 pipes need changing.
Take off any covers to give access to the valve block and identify the sections of it that control boom and dipper, sorry stick;) undo their respective hose union at the top and swap them round .Repeat at the bottom of the block.just make sure you get the smoothest run for the hoses
I did my own recently having gotten really p!$$ed off with the controls a$$ backwards to what I am used. The job took all of 10 mins.
The diagram of my block can't be that different to yours, but you should be able to see the hoses each side of your block which need swapping
