I wanted to take a moment to share my experience with James Short, though I have no personal connection beyond being a customer who purchased equipment from them. I recently completed a KTAC claim with their team, and the entire process was seamless. Not only did they quickly identify and resolve two issues I had missed, but they also processed my repair within 24 hours.

James Short’s team is always accessible, and I receive prompt, thorough answers to any questions. Their professionalism and efficiency are a standard all dealerships should strive to meet.

Although there is a dealer closer to me, their service has been consistently inadequate from the start. I’m truly glad I found James Short and will continue to rely on them for future needs.

I purchased my tractor and implements/attachments/upgrades from them in 2021, and everything was great (the deal, the ease of purchase and later service). Although I had visited their dealership, I actually made the purchase by phone, a few emails and docusign. They are located near our north Georgia property, which is about 5 hours from home.
