Jacking up the rear end of L245DT

Hi!
Can I jack my tractor up from under the tow hook (or what is it called?) and then put jack stands under the axle? I'm going to widen the track of the rear tires.

Probably could but I would move forward past the vertical thing the arrow is touching, add a couple of boards and then jack the boards and tractor up. There should be a fairly large flat area underneath there.

I am assuming that you have a floor jack and that would make it very easy to reach.

Yes you can lift it from there.

I will note: That is the coolest homemade "pick up hitch" (euro pintle hitch) that I've ever seen on an old kubota!

For those in the US and other areas that have never seen a pick up hitch:
