Leafy England....
Following on from my earlier thread about my B7100 etc with my new logsplitter, i have added some newer pics of the splitter now in its "enhanced Mode" , which does work really well.
The splitter size and construction is ideally suited to the B7100 etc due to it,s overall size weight, well built but not so heavy that it puts a strain on the rear hitch, but still not so large that it wont fit in a smallish space.

anyway, it cost me £385.00 all in delivered , which i thought was very good, and when i recieved it the quality was very good.
I added a pto gearbox/pump and a reservoir for allmost nothing as i allready had the parts sitting in a box from another project.
I had to fabricate the mounting plate to hold the pump in place on the PTO shaft but that wasnt to difficult as i had some spare steel also.

have a look guys at my simple low cost splitter that works better than a lot of the bigger and better kit on the market.

It does exactly as it should do , and does it well.

pics attached.

Looks good! Except the orange issue... :D

How long does a stroke take and what diameters and stroke does the cylinder have?

did you increase pto speed to pump? i have a log splitter from a old farmall tractor that had a rpm speed of 1200 rpm , i'm afraid it will be slow on a 540 rpm
